I’ve done some blackhat methods in the past that have netted me $700+ a day. However, like most blackhat methods, mine were extremely up and down. Some days I would make hundreds and other days I would make absolutely nothing. Since I can only spend a limited amount of time doing IM per day, that doesn’t really fit into my lifestyle. So I’m going the route of trying to find something more stable and that can be at least semi-automated.
My initial goal is only $30 a day. I know thats not the usual $5k a day most journals are written about, but I’m fine with baby steps at this point. $30 a day would give me $900 a month, which is actually enough to cover all my bills each month (besides food and gas). Combine that with the money I make from my day job and I would be able to live with a lot less stress.
My initial “method” is pretty much the old fashion way of making money online. I’m currently in the process of creating two entertainment blogs and will be promoting them through web 2.0/social platforms. Hopefully the sites will gain a following as I don’t plan on relying on SE’s as a big source of traffic. I’ll also probably use some services to promote these in the beginning to help give them a boost.
I plan to monetize both sites with Adsense, but I might switch to CPM depending on how well Adsense is performing. Both sites will be featuring a lot of videos, so I am a little worried about making sure I’m making enough to cover my bandwidth costs. I’ll probably end up having to do a bit of tweaking to get things just right.
Well, thats my basic plan for now. If everything goes well, or even if it doesn’t, I plan to add a few more sites to my portfolio. Hopefully at least a few people will enjoy following my journal and any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Google Places Optimization

Here is the hierarchy of optimization techniques listed by importance:
1. Completeness of information in your listing
2. Keywords included in your company name (don’t SPAM)
3. Website Optimization – use City and State keywords in your Titles and Meta Tags, add your address to your web pages, etc.
4. Category w/ Search Terms (cosmetic dentist, personal injury attorney)
5. Proximity to center of city(****from what I hear this is not as important as it once was****) – Think Locally – Having a business location in the CENTER of town helps you get to the top of the list. The closer your office is to the center of your city, the higher your listing is usually positioned on the Google Maps list. For example, if you view any Google Maps list, the first three listings returned (A,B & C) are located in the center of the city. The businesses listed further down the list migrate out from the center of town.
6. “Flair” – photos, videos, coupons, payment methods, parking instructions
7. Listings in directories that include local address info (SuperPagesd*tc*m, YellowPagesd*tc*m, CitySearchd*tc*m, etc.)
8. Number of In-Bound Links (IBLs) from local city websites and directories
9. Total number of reviews
10. High ratings in your Google reviews (More stars can mean higher positioning)
(**** It also helps if you have an aged domain, google equates age with trust*****)
from what i’ve seen after you have done all these to the best of your ability, the number of reviews your business has will knock up your google places listing position. It is not important if all the reviews are 5 stars or 1 star. Do not post all of your reviews from the same place (check “lubbock dentist” as an example,even though they are the top spot) google doesn’t like this and will eventually punish you. It would be great if there was a bot that posted reviews around the web for your business. Also your going to want to spread the reviews over a period of time. I believe your IP may be tracked by G if you post a review with them sp dont spam reviews there.If anyone has any other info on how to get a top spot on GP list please share…preferably ways that don’t take forever like these…

Using your Mac computer, oh, haha, sorry, Only we are using macs. ok, open up your old PC and that browser thing they got in there and go to file->print.
2. Put on your best craigshat. Go to your programming team and say “Hey, I think I have a few ideas on how to prevent spamming”. and then hand them the tutorials provided by the OPEN FORUMS.
3. Wait 2 weeks
4. BLAMMMM!! All done. Now spammers sit at their computers broke again.
There is a saying they used in WW2 “Lose lips sink ships”. So while your ship sinks just keep talking.

Autoblog Setup

I’ve noticed when people generally set up an auto blog they go after specific niches and I don’t really know why people do this, with an auto blog you don’t really have much control over what the content in the posts on your blog other than the keywords used to find the posts and the categories you post to, you can go for specific keywords and rank for them but the posts wont always be related and auto blog traffic is hard to convert so I say what’s the point?
I have a few different set ups for my auto blogs depending on what I want to achieve
1.Mass Traffic – I use these to act as referrers and for banner impressions and I also do something I’m not supposed to talk about in here.
2.Company Keyword Driven – I build sites based on a company name such as amazon, argos, walmart etc and build the sites based on buying keywords. I dont try to rank for the company name just things like amazon coupon, walmart free gift card etc then I throw banners, custom reviews etc for who ever the site is based on, I use the mass traffic sites as referrers for these smaller traffic sites. Even though some of these sites only get 1kish uniques per month they are receiving quite targeted traffic so they convert really well.
3.High paying adsense niches such as finance, weddings, health etc. These sites receive quite low traffic for random long tail keywords but the clicks can be £6 sometimes more, generally each of these sites will make me £5 a day once they start to bring in some traffic.
I only use WP tweet bomb with these set ups because I can set a site up in under 10 mins using the content blocks feature and I get the results I want with every site I build.
1.Mass Traffic set up – I usually go and find myself a decent aged domain from godaddy anything over 5 years old with decent back links, I don’t go for niche names I look for something generic that would look right in the serps for any results when I set up these blogs I use every one of the custom content blocks I had created for WPTB. like I said I dont go for niches I throw up huge sites with as many topics and as much varied content as possible. I do have niche auto blogs but they require promotion, these sites don’t require much they take care of themselves, you wont see traffic straight away it grows each month, I’m sure if I did some link building I’d see results much quicker. The reason these sites draw so much traffic is because of the amount of content on them I set up a posting schedule to post 10 times per day for the first 2 weeks then increase to 20 posts per day for the next 2 weeks then settle at 60 posts per day and leave the sites to grow. Once they get to about 4 months they are quite large and that’s when the traffic starts flooding in. These sites have over 10k categories and each one whilst having the same category structure are totally different content wise.
2.Company Keyword Driven set up – I usually have to buy a new domain for these as not many expired domains will be right, I do some keyword research find a good buying long tail with plenty of searches and buy a domain based on the search phrase. I have company keyword content blocks all set up for many many companies that have affiliate programs, so I build my sites using these and promote the sites, link building etc to get ranked for my chosen company related keywords which is very little work most of the time. Once the sites have aged and started receiving traffic I Monetise them
3.Adsense high paying keywords – exactly the same as company keywords except I go for a niche in general not a micro niche so I wouldn’t pick wedding dresses I’d go for the whole wedding niche, or insurance I go for every kind of insurance I can think of. Whilst I wont ever rank for insurance I will get those longtail search results all day long, the things I rank for are totally random but are related to the niche so the clicks can be quite high ones, I use the twitter function on these sites for indexing and some traffic when they start out as it can take a bit longer to see any traffic from these sites but they are profitable in the long run. I’ve got content blocks pre made for lots of these niches and every site I build is different even with the same content blocks. Just a note, the content blocks I offer for sale are the ones I set up my mass traffic sites not the company or adsense ones.

Create WP Templates with Artisteer Free and Easily

Create your template in Artisteer Standard edition, when you are done creating the template and want to save it without water marks then do this:
First of all keep the Artisteer open after you created your template.
1. Go to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp
2. Locate the folder/folders thats called Artisteer and find the template you created.
3. Copy that folder to your desktop or where you like it and thats it, you now have a template without watermarks.
If you have problems finding the AppData folder you must turn on (show hidden files and folders)

To make this work with wordpress themes heres a walkthrough.
1. Create a WordPress template in Artisteer, do not save it yet.
2. When your done creating the template, (for Vista) go to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp and find the Artisteer folder that has the template you currently have open in Artisteer.
3. Copy that Artisteer folder to your desktop.
4. Go back into Artisteer Program and choose Export Design from the menu and save it as a wordpress theme.
5. Now open the folder you copyed to the desktop and copy the /images folder and replace it with the /images folder in your exported wordpress theme.

SEO Method to Increase your Traffic

For this SEO method you don’t need any scrapers, auto-posters or stuff like that. All that stuff is done through the method itself so SEO is just something like a “nice effect”, a result of good work.
This method combines four online marketing channels:

• PPC Marketing (AdWords)
• Article Marketing (posting articles to eZine and on your blog)
• Link or Banner marketing
• SEO

1. PPC Marketing
Well, everybody knows that you can get traffic from PPC Marketing. But if you know how to use it correctly you receive something more valuable: Data!
For example: You have a blog on the dating niche. Go ahead and grab the most expensive keywords for your niche, like “Dating”. Sure, you won’t have a good ROI, but you will get data. Google will tell you what people have searched in order to find your site. So if someone searches for “dating site” he will find your Ad, because you grabbed the keyword “Dating”. And you will know that he was searching for “Dating site”. That means: AUTOMATED KEYWORD RESEARCH!
But Google tells you more than just the keywords. Because Google places your ads on Publisher Sites from Google AdSense you will see which sites are relevant to your niche.
So now you have 2 things: keywords and related sites. Up to next step.
2. Article Marketing
Start writing posts for the keywords you got from your PPC campaign and post them on your blog. Write similar articles for the same keywords and post them on eZine for example and place a deep link to the related article on your blog. Those deeplinks will be backlinks from related content and Google loves that and your SEO is becomming better…
Article marketing is great. People coming from articles on your site are more willed to buy or do something than other visitors because they have already heard of you.
3. Link and Banner Marketing
Google is placing the ads from your PPC campaign on publisher sites (AdSense). Now look on which sites Google places your ads and contact them. Ask the owners to place a Banner or Link of your site. Those are direct backlinks (links to your landing page). This boosts your SEO because you get backlinks from sites which Google already knows as “related to your content”.
4. SEO
As mentioned above, SEO is not a task in this method but a result of good work. You don’t have to worry about this point because if you are doing the other points right your site will get ranked high in search engines.
5. Repeat the process
If you have created all the articles go back to your PPC campaign and change it. Now you don’t need the main keyword “dating” anymore but you can use some long tail keywords you wrote articles for. And don’t link those ads to your landing page but to articles or products on your blog/website.

Optimizations to increase AdSense Conversions

Big note of warning: This only works well IF your adsense account is also niche targeted. If you are using one adsense account on VERY spread apart niches this first one probably won’t help you at all. Might even hurt you …. ‘might’.
Idea 1) Filter out useless ad categories:

1. In adsense: Click on “Adsense Setup” up at the top.
2. In the top blue nav bar, click “Ad review center”.
3. You’ll see a list. CHECK each category which high impressions and low conversions. Why waste perfectly good advertising space on ads that don’t convert?

Like I said, be careful with that one. If you have niches that are far apart, then be careful to NOT accidentally block a relevant category.
Idea 2) Filter out bad advertisers:

Finding the Highest Paying Keywords for Your Current Website Articles

First you need to figure out what keywords Google has targeted for your current website or if you are starting planning to make a new site go to google search and imput a keyword,then choose a site URL with a high position to grab your Kws, Then you can use this information to tweak your current content to display higher-paying keyword ads.
1. Browse to Google’s Keyword Tool —->>> https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
2. Select Website Content
3. Enter your website URL or get any URL using Google search and niche keyword (you can also enter a specific web page)
4. Click Get keyword ideas
5. Select Show All from the dropdown box
6. Make sure Group keywords by common terms is checked
7. Under Calculate Estimates using Max CPC: select $USD (or whatever currency you use)
8. Enter 100 in the empty box (or the equivelent of $100USD in your currency)
9. Click Recalculate
10. Now the columns below will display the estimated cost per click (CPC) for each keyword!
11. Click the column title Estimated Avg. CPC to sort by price. Click it one more time to sort from highest to lowest.
12. You can now browse down the page to get an idea for which keyword phrases pay the most amount of money
13. Now you can go back to your current articles and rewrite bits of the content, organizing phrases and keywords so they match up with the highest paying AdSense keywords. This will make a big difference, helping AdSense to place similar ads that pay much more instead of low cost per click ads.
14. If you really want to get serious, the ideal solution would be to enter the URL of each article on your website and repeat this process, then rewrite your content to match the highest paying adsense keywords for each page.

The idea behind the <title> tag is to tell your visitors what your website is about, while at the same time it should have some SE value. For example, a good homepage title would be: Keyphrase or Keywords | Website Name
Your title should also change for each page, on blogs for example: Article Name | Keyphrase | Website Name
2. Optimize <h1> Tag
You should only ever use one <h1> tag on each page, then a mix of <h2> and <h3> tags for article headings, navigation headings, article steps. <h1> is the most valuable though, and you should only use it once on each page, right near the top. The <h1> tag should contain your main keywords or keyphrase.
3. More Content = More Links

So I got to thinking about it. Here are my thoughts, and this is not even close to the niche that I am working with, but I think it could do well also.
What you will need
1 – Atleast 1 CPA account with Dental offers of some kind. Find the ones that are popular right now.
2 – Build a website designed to review Dentists or something to do with dentists.
– You could even build a site resembling another dentists site that is not on the first page. Then later down the road when you are on the first page, rent it to him for $50.00 bucks a month or something.
3 – Suggestion – Fake the refferer.
I am kind of in a hurry as I limit my time spent on AdSense tricks everyday. So I will come back and fix some of this. This is just a quick thought though that I wanted to share.
Steps
- Go to Google Insight and find the town that is getting searched for Dentists the most. Do your research, it will payoff in the end. It always does.
- Now check out that city, and figure out how hard it would be to get the number 1 spot on locals. None of them are really that difficult.
- Buy the domain name – www.top-seo-tricks.com or change it up a bit.
- Get a phone number for it. (There are lots of places to get phone numbers online.) Remember Google will call this number to verify.
- Build your website. If you are doing reviews, do reviews. If you are copying a dentist, most of them have sites, use his information. They should not be upset as it is more traffic.
- Now when you are building the site, at the top of the site, throw in some banners, down the side throw in some more. Put as much advertising as you can on the page without it looking like spam.
- Submit your google local listing.
- Everyday add a couple reviews and build a couple sitations. The simple fact you have the keywords as your business name will help. As of right now, Google Locals likes that a lot.
- You will start making money.

after I stop blasting articles with AMR & SENuke.
All these can be done with SENuke only but BMD is so much better for
bookmarking and AMR is just the best article directory submitter and
XRumer, well, nothing beats XRumer profile blasts.

Blogger Trick to Have Unlimited Pages

Everyone knows there is a 10 page limit on blogger. What if I told you there is a way to have unlimited pages on Blogger? What if I told you, I am running a blog on blogger.com with over 20 pages? Well I am going to tell you how right now.
Here are the steps:
1. Go to “edit Pages” and create 10 pages quickly
2. Now click “edit” for one page, copy the URL when the edit page appears. Paste this URL into notepad or microsoft word. Repeat this process for all 10 pages.
3. Now, when you have all 10 of the edit pages URL’s copied and pasted into notepad or microsoft word, SAVE the document to your desktop.
4. Now, delete all 10 pages you just created in Blogger.
5. Create 10 new pages in blogger.
6. Now remember the URL’s we saved? Make sure you’re in the “edit pages” section when we do this step. One at a time, take the Url’s we saved and paste them in the address bar, and press enter.
7. The edit page should appear (a page we just deleted). Now press “Publish”. You should now have 11 pages.
8. Repeat step “7″ for the remainder of URL’s we saved.
9. You should have 20 pages if you did everything correctly.

How to get more than 20 Pages?
**Just a lot of what we did above. You could create 10 pages, save the urls, delete them, create 10 more, and then publish what we saved. Then you could save all the 20 pages url’s you just created, delete the pages, create 10 more pages, and then paste the URL’s you saved and publish pages. You would have 30 pages at the end of this process. You could have more too, but it’s a little more work.

Organic Search Engine Optimization Rankings

1) Chose your Keywords Carefully
Once you have chosen your business and purchased a domain name the next step before submitting your site to search engines is to find useful and relevant keywords. Without this step your website will get lost in the millions of websites competing for your business.
To start our keyword research we need to utilize some very useful tools. The first website viewed should be Google Keywords which is a free tool that displays the amount of searches and competition for specific keywords. It also allows you to find more specific keywords that can better describe your site.
A better tool would be to purchase some type of software such as Word Tracker which offers detailed information about keywords. Unfortunately word tracker is not free, but there are other services that are.
2) Find a Niche Market
This cannot be stressed enough as it is much harder to receive top search engine rankings for a new site than an established site. A new site will have to fight amongst web sites that have established high search engine rankings.
To compete with these web sites you would be crazy! You first need to find a niche market, and then build up your website to a position as to where it can compete with these generic terms. For example let’s say you have a web site geared towards weight loss. You would not use the keyword weight loss because it has too much competition. You can use one of the keyword tools to find suggestions of related keywords that you will be able to compete against. You may find the keyword “weight loss surgery” or “weight loss techniques”. These phrases are much better keywords than generic terms like “weight loss”.
Use the list of a few keywords and check out the competition that word/ phrase has on Goggle. Look at the number of competitors. If this exceeds a few million, then you need look for a more specific keyword. The next step is to observe the top listed pages and see how well they are optimized. You can download Google Toolbar and add Page Rank to your browser for free.
A low Page Rank between 0 – 3 means that you can easily compete with these web pages. A web site with a Page Rank of 4 – 6 is a bit tougher to compete with, but is manageable using my guided steps and expertise. You do not want to compete with web sites that have a Page Rank above 7. Check the domains homepage, not a sub page to get an accurate Page Rank!
3) View Competitors Source Code
It is important to view potential competitor’s source code to see if they have efficiently performed on page search engine optimization. To do this on your Brower click “view” and then click on the “source” option as displayed”
This will bring up a page with all the html code on it. You do not need to be an expert with html to understand what we are looking for. We need to see if our competitor’s web site is properly optimized. We look to see if they are using their keywords in the header tags, the title tags, and the image alt tags. These should all be located near the top of the source code.
If you cannot find these then go to the toolbar and chose “edit” and select “find” and type in h1 or title, etc. to see if there are being used for the keywords. If these do not exist or are not being used to hold keywords, you have found an easily beaten page. This means that with some proper optimization you will be able to outrank this page. The last thing you want to look at is the body content and to see if the keyword is used a few times in the body content. A site lacking in keywords in the body context is a poorly optimized page. You should always make sure your web page is keyword rich with relevant content.
4) Keyword Placement
After you have selected a few keywords to use we want to combine the ones that have like terms. For example if you have selected three keywords:
Weight loss story; Weight loss picture; Safe weight loss
As you can see that all three keywords contain the words “weight loss”, therefore we can combine the words to better optimize your page.
For the title tag the fewer the keywords used, the better the search engines will rank your page.
When we create the page it should NEVER have “Welcome to our website!” in the Title Tags.
It should NEVER have “weight loss story and weight loss picture and safe weight loss” in the Title Tags either.
The way the title tags should look is: “Weight Loss Story | Safe Weight Loss Picture”
(Note: You can add this character | by holding the shift key on your keyboard and pressing the backslash key above the enter key.)
You should always remove prepositions such as “and” as this will only hurt your search engine optimization. The fewer, more relevant the words are the higher your search engine ranking will be.
Header 1 tags should be placed above your body content. This should contain your most relevant keyword in this tag. Ex) “Weight Loss Story”
This main keyword placed in the H1 tag will substantially increase your page ranking! The Header 2 tag should contain your second most important keyword. The header 3 tag will have your least important keyword placed in it. These header tags are often overlooked, but make a significant difference in your on page search engine optimization.
The body content of your webpage should be rich with keywords and relevant content. You should have each keyword appear at least once for every 1-2 paragraphs. Do not stuff your body with keywords, as this will only hurt you. You want to give your body a clean natural look, meaning do not over or under use keywords!
Image tags alt tags should also be keyword rich. Search engines often look at the alt tags of images on your web site to get a feel of what your web site is about. If the alt tags do not have your keywords then you will be ranked lower than if you had keywords in your alt tags.
5) Homepage Organization
We want the search engines to notice your keywords and index you according to those keywords. In order to do this you should start your body and end your body with your keywords. This gives the search engine spider information that your page is highly relevant to your keywords.
When the spider looks through your web site it reads through your content from top left to bottom right.
Now search engines will view your body content before it views your navigational menu. The search engine will see the top of your page then see a blank area and skip to your body content then move onto your navigational menu.
6) Search Engine Submission
The best way to achieve high search engine rankings for new web sites may not be what you expected. You should not submit your site directly to the search engines as this process can take weeks or even months to get your site listed. Instead you need to get listed on top ranking pages that are relevant to your web sites content. These high ranking pages are often optimized on a weekly or even daily basis. Every time the site is indexed your link will appear and the search engines will automatically list your site in its index. It is as simple as that to get listed on top search engines in only a few days!
To do this we need to search for web sites that that are indexed by search engines and get them to link to us. This can be difficult to do unless you give the site some incentive to do so. The incentive you need to give them is to write some sort of article that is relevant to your line of business. At the bottom of the article you include your web page URL to get picked up by the search engines. You submit the article to popular article directories on the web and you will be indexed by the search engines in a matter of days rather than months!

Contact the web site and by sending them an email asking them to link to your site and in return for you linking back to their web site. Always contact sites that are relevant to your line of work and always offer them something their visitors can benefit from once they add your link.
You can purchase a link in top Page Rank sites through link builders. A few of the good web sites that can do this for you are: textbrokers.com or text-link-ads.com or linkadage.com.
Remember that you only need to purchase a link for one month, since it will take less than one month to get you indexed by the major search engines. Continuing to pay for the link after a month is a waste of your money. Basically you are paying a onetime fee to instantly get indexed in the major search engines.
7) Off page Optimization
This is just as important, if not more important than on page optimization. To do this we need to study the linking strategies of the top 10 websites for your keyword. We want to copy their model, but do things slightly better to achieve the top rankings. First open up a spread sheet in Excel and list the following columns: Linking Website, Anchor Text, Page Rank, Link Popularity Page Title, and Number of Outbound Links. Then we search your keyword on Google and fill in the information for the top 10 websites.
To discover the linking websites go to Google and type in the websites URL “link:www.thewebsite.com” Then count the number of sites that are listed to get the link popularity.
Anchor text is whatever follows the .com or .org of a website URL.
Page Rank is the rank Google gives to websites. You can download it for free at Google’s web site.
Page Title is the title of the page that appears on the top left of the screen. If the title does not contain the keywords then the site is not well optimized and easy to surpass in rankings.
Number of Outbound Links is the number of links located on the webpage linking to the site you’re checking.
Once all this information has been collected you can see what needs to be done to your site to beat the top ranking sites.
Search Engines and Capitalization
Capitalizing different letters in keywords brings up different results in search engines. Search engines are case-sensitive so it is important how you use capitalization. The problem with listing every variation of a word results in the search engines thinking that you are spam and deleting your URL. This gets worse with singular and plural words!
The solution is to stick with lowercase listings rather than trying different variations. Studies have shown that most people search in all lowercase and this has the most relevant listings. Not using every other variation means you lose out on 18% of traffic. This is not worth the risk of being banned from the search engines.
Lowercase searching has dominated all the search engines ranging from 85 percent to 90 percent of the total terms used. Now most search engines are not case sensitive anymore.

Spamming does not take well with current search engines. Search engines have discovered ways to fight keyword stuffing and other search engine tricks. Search engines can detect your spam and will act accordingly by penalizing or banning you from their listings.
Search engine spamming is attempting to achieve top ranks for extremely popular keywords. You can attempt to fight that battle against other sites, but you ought to be ready to fight a long and hard battle defending your ranking. All that wasted effort can be better spent for finding other ways for internet marketing.
There is no need for search engine spamming if your website has been optimized correctly using the above methods. The risks are not worth the temporary rewards. Some days ago an idea came into my mind and since I am not in that niche I will sure so you can test for yourself. You can twist this as much as you can.
General idea: Tell someone that they have “virus XhfHRirhr” (random name that DOESN’T Exist , this is important) and if they don’t believe you , tell them to search Google for more information. All pages on Google will have your content and you will offer different solutions on these results on google. You could try CPA or whatever
Here’s a twist:
1)Tell your friend “John” that something weird appears when you talk with him on Messenger.
2)Tell him to research about virus XCFFJFJR
3)Profit!
And another twist:
1)Make a girl account and just tell people to be your friends.
2)After some talk , inform them about their “problem”
3)Tell them to research
4)Profit
You could offer some fake screenshots of what kind of message you recieve when you talk with that person. Think out of the box.

2. submit google.com/yahoo.com/bing.com or anythig but big god site in cyberworld in box of your domain.
3. click ‘find’
4. then you will see tons of dofollow blog in cyberworld and mostly all of them have comment bar, also autoapprove
5. if you lucky, you can get single post with PR 8 easily…

My complete Blogger Method

With this method you can earn from Adsense, Amazon, CPA, etc.
1. Do some keyword research on what you want your blog to be about.
2. Go create a free blog with Blogger and be sure to name your blog/URL something that very fittingly goes with your keyword(s). Don’t include random numbers or abbreviations. Use dashes (-) if you have to. Keep the URL to 4 words max if possible.
3. Edit your Blogger template to blend with your niche. For example, if you were writing about Depression, you wouldn’t want a dark template, you would want a template with light, relaxing colors. This makes the site look more legit. *While in Layout section of the template designer, choose the second one over that has a sidebar.
4. Go into your Settings tab and edit your blog’s description. Be as detailed as possible, including your keywords at least once.
5. Back at the Design tab, remove the About Me and Followers gadgets. This should still leave the Blog Archive there. You will want to keep it for later.
6. Add a new gadget (Adsense) and place it above the blog posts. This ad should be a banner, or if it can fit, make it a full leaderboard. Blend the colors with your template manually because sometimes Blogger gets confused lol. *The ad background should be the same color as your post background.
7. In the sidebar, add another Adsense gadget that is a wide skyscraper. Blend the background like the other ad you placed.
8. Click on the edit link where it says Blog Posts. Change number of posts on main page to 1, un-check everything except for the share buttons and the ad, then edit the ad to be placed below to blend, but change it to a large rectangle before doing so.
9. Go back to your settings tab and go to Site Feed. From the dropdown select Full syndication.
10. Go to feedburner.com and make an account if you don’t have one. Burn a feed with a link to your Atom feed. Feedburner will make you choose RSS or Atom when burning the feed. After getting your feed URL, go back to your blog and add the URL where it says Post Feed Redirect URL. Save.
11. Write 3-5 articles at least 150 words on your niche, using your keywords at least 3 times. Do not post these on the blog as a post. Instead, you are going to make a new page with the title of your article.
12. After adding all your articles into pages, make a new post on the main page with static links to your article pages. Title this post “Sitemap.”
Now after doing all of this, go to ping-o-matic, enter the information for your blog and choose the check all option.
Now here’s something extra…and it really does work.
I use Google Translate to make a replica of my blogs in Spanish and French. You do have to make another new blog, but it basically has the same content, just in other languages. Now I know GT isn’t amazing and it makes things sound completely weird sometimes, but you can make money with it anyway. And if you’re concerned about Google canceling your Adsense account because of language change, just make a new account. There are many threads on how to get accounts approved fast, etc.
This is just a simple way to get things going (especially for the newbies) so please don’t flame me if it’s been posted before. This is my personal method. Hope at least someone gets good use out of this
